A bazaar was organized by Two East Two West International Student Association to support Palestinian students studying in Konya. The income from the food prepared by the Ladies' Commission members and volunteers will be donated to Palestinian students.
A bazaar was organized to support Palestinian students by İki East İki Batı International Student Association, which operates in Konya under the Federation of International Student Associations UDEF. The food and materials offered for sale at the charity bazaar held in the garden of Dursun Fakih (Tahir Pasha) Mosque, located opposite the association building, were prepared by the members and volunteers of the Women's Commission. Citizens showed great interest in the bazaar, whose entire income will be donated to Palestinian students.
Two East Two West International Student Association President Murat Arslan thanked all the people of Konya who supported the bazaar in his statement. Arslan said, “In Palestine, our brothers are suffering and losing their lives under the oppression of the murderous Israel. We pray that the murderer Israel will be stopped first and our innocent Palestinian brothers will be saved from oppression. On the other hand, we are trying to provide financial and moral support to our brothers and sisters who lost their families and relatives and who are studying at university in Konya. In this context, our Ladies Commission organized a charity bazaar to support our Palestinian student brothers. We will deliver all the proceeds of this bazaar to our Gazan and Palestinian brothers. “May God bless everyone who helped and supported us.” said.
